We are a business group with extensive experience in various areas of the tourism sector, as well as in the management of tourism and single-family residential projects.

Our company was founded in 2020 by Mr. Lenin Meilan, who serves as our president. Meilan Services has positioned itself as a benchmark in property management and administration, especially in the northeastern region of the Dominican Republic, where we currently lead the management of tourism projects.

Our track record, backed by more than six years of premium services, reflects our commitment, responsibility, and operational excellence. We are highly rated by our clients, which demonstrates the quality and dedication with which we deliver each of our services. At Meilan Services, we focus on transforming lifestyles within the condominiums and projects we manage, ensuring peace of mind, security, and efficient management. Our main operations headquarters is located on Juan Pablo Duarte Avenue, Plaza Bella Terra Mall, 3rd level, Module C66. We also have a second office in the Los Naranjos sector, Las Galeras, Samaná, Aparta Hotel VM Suite 101, from where we expand our coverage and responsiveness in the northern region.

Lenin A. Meilan

President

Bachelor of Law, with a Master’s degree in Tourist Condominium Management. He has specialized training in the tourism sector and in comprehensive condominium management, supporting his expertise and leadership in the field.

Eduardo E. Martínez

Operations Director

Bachelor of Law from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo and Bachelor of Psychology from the Open University for Adults, with more than seven years of experience in operational management.

With specialized studies in real estate law, as well as in planning, integrated management systems, and business development, allowing him to provide a comprehensive and strategic vision in every project he participates in.

Saúl Polanco

Project Manager

Bachelor of Accounting from the Technological University of Santiago, Bachelor’s degree in Administration from the Open University for Adults, with a diploma in Project Management. He has extensive experience in logistics, purchasing, systems, and dispatch in import and hardware sectors, standing out in inventory control and supplier negotiation.

At Meilan Services, he has evolved from condominium supervision to his current role as Project Manager, where he leads planning, execution, and supervision of operations, ensuring high-quality standards.
